Dear Aspirant,
I personally won't recommend you MIMIT Punjab. Malout Institute of Management and Information Technology is an Institute that is pretty mediocre and one might go on to say that it fails miserably in aspects like:- teaching faculty, infrastructure, etc . If someone wants to analyse a college, the first thing a person looks for is its placement prospects. Guess what- MIMIT offers average to below average salary packages with the chances of a person getting one is less than half a chance.
The placement packages are so mediocre that the average salary is around 3.2 lakhs per annum. This is not enough even to compensate the tuition fees which the college charges which is around 4 lakhs( hostel and personal expenses excluded) . If you are a student who wants to pursue a career in the core industry, the situation is even worse as the the number of core companies visiting the campus are even less. So you can see it is probably not a good college in my regard if you want to start on a high note in your career.
