Hi Ramavath,
"Your session is expired " message is shown, because you are taking very much time in typing your details to download the JEE Main Admit card. Open the webpage again and try entering the details faster.
This problem can also exist if your web browser cookies are being cleared, removed, or blocked. Do not run your web browser in a private or incognito mode.
