Why my college (JNTUHCEJ) didn't get highest package like 40LPA ,50 LPA? What might be the reason? What might be the reasons? What should I do if I want to get so?

Firstly, To get high packages you should have the best knowledge and efficient industrial skills like coding etc. You should also have a good communication skill which will add an extra star on your ability.
Now, there can be a lot of reasons for low campus placement packages like:
- Not so great infrastructure or reputation of the college.
- No alumni networks.
- Students skills are not efficient.
