Why one should prefer KMC(Manipal/Mangalore )for MDGeneral medicine even with a goodrank inspite of huge feestructure.let me know the advtgs

Hey Sai Reddy.In comparison to Government colleges, KMC has only one drawback thats Fee structure.Government colleges are generally considered better because of some reasons such as affordable fee structure, better studying environment (since all the students are selected through merit), good patient exposure, etc. But even KMC has these pros.But it depends on the government medical college you get through your counseling. If you are getting Government colleges like AIIMS, JIPMER, BHU then, ignore KMC,. If you don’t get a decent government medical college, you can either join the government college you get or get into KMC if fees is not the issue or try next year,good luck

Sir....is there any additional advantage to complete DM after MD from Manipal . Also please through light on abroad opputunities if any ; after completion of MD General medicine from the same
