Industrial production, cotton fabric, sugar cane production etc. activities comes under the Secondary Sector . Since this sector is associated with different kinds of industries, it is also called industrial sector. People engaged in secondary activities are called blue collar workers .
The term "blue-collar" refers to a type of employment. Blue-collar jobs are typically classified as involving manual labor and compensation by an hourly wage.
