There are many good colleges other than iit , which offer admission on the basis of JEE Advanced . These are

1)Indian Institute of space science technology---- You can take admission in B.Tech. Aerospace Engineering , B.Tech. in Avionics , Dual Degree (B.Tech. and M.S./M.Tech.)  .

2)Rajiv Gandhi institute of petroleum technology ---- B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering , B.Tech. Electronics Engineering , IDD in Petroleum Engineering ,  IDD in Chemical Engineering .

3)Indian institute of Science education and research ---- You can visit the IISER website to know about courses offered at each campus of iiser all over india .

4)Indian institute of Petroleum and energy -- Btech in Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering

All These are Institutes of national Importance , they provide excellent academic education and are considered in IIT + category , as their selection criteria is JEE Advanced , and you would many students in these colleges with rank of 10k-20k .
