why the improvement forms are not out still now , when it will be out plz tell me ?????

There is nothing announced from the officials for improvement forms but these should be coming out in the month of Sep-Oct. But I would suggest you to contact the CBSE authority directly to know the registration dates, contact details are given below -

The improvement form is expected in the last week of September or first week of October. Keep visit the official website for updated information.
