Why the most wbcs officer is from engineering background?And why the private job in engineering feild is not satisfy anyone?

hello aspirant,

there are some candidates in engineering field who think a government job is more secure than doing a private job , that's why they are going for wbcs, upsc civil service that kind of exam. almost 50% of today's Indian engineering college students have no idea why are they coming in engineering field. and there are none number of engineers and less number of good quality job. and sometimes core engineering people like civil, mechanical , electrical candidates need to go to IT service base company where they don't enjoy there work. so when a work is not satisfied you, and you didn't get any interest for that , you would leave that job. that's the scenario.
