Why the registration form of imu cet 2020 is not opening? Showing some error '513-unknown',i need to complete registration process

There is a connection problem.Web Acceleration ClientError(513) - InternalErrorThe Web Acceleration Client detected an internalerrorwhich caused the connection between the Web Acceleration Client and Web Acceleration Server to be broken. Retrying the web page may correct the problem.
You have to remove al browsing history and cache in which application you open the link or fill your form other than that device.use laptop
