Why there is again choice filling optionin round 2 of counseling when i have already filled it in 1st round ?

Hi there.
In CAP admission round, there are generally 3 counseling rounds and next dpot round . So if you got a seat in first round , you can still apply for second round with colleges of your choice . If you got a seat , then you can choose from both of them.
