why there is no float option for LLB 3 years application ?

IF you want to go for further round of counselling then have to choose float option or if you are satisfied with your seat then you can freeze your option.
If you want to opt any of them then you have to visit for physical reporting.
At the reporting centers you will have to choose float or freeze
