Dear Raushan, Cut offs depend on various factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualifying in the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Now almost 12 lakh Candidares apoeared and approximately 7 lakh Candidates qualified. Abd we dont even have 1 lakh MBBS seats. So you can do the Math for an idea into the level of competition. So its a simple economics principle. When the supply is low and the demand is high, the price increases. And applying the same principme here, cut offs increased way higher. In Tamilnadu the cut offs increased by 75-100 marks and UP saw a hike in cut ogfs beyond 100 marks. So Bihar is not alone.
