The no. of applicants for NEET UG is in lakhs
So it's obvious that a lot of people are gonna give the test and many of them will be having certain confusions whereas the helpline have limited people which are able to attend confused students. So , whenever you are calling they are already talking to another students which is why you get the notification of bust network.
So it is obvious that the helpline will be busy for most of the times and you have to wait for hours
You can email the authority regarding the issue if you aren't able to get in touch through helpline no. at all.
