I suggest you to opt for Computer science engineering because that is the only branch that will provide you better placements opportunities in future in comparison with ECE, as you know country is moving towards digitalisation. Also suggest you to give more focus to learn skills in cyber security programming because that skills will provide you the phethora of opportunities in India as well as abroad and if you want to compare your institute with others for your B.tech then check the following link to find better college in your vicinity.
