Yes definitely, 400 will be a good rank for SC in NEET 2021.

  • The qualifying marks for SC category in NEET is 40 percentile , which is around 95-120 marks (although this differs year to year).

Therefore, 400 marks is much above the minimum qualifying marks, hence a good rank.

With this score, there's a high chance of getting admission in government colleges.
