It Depends on the percentile score of everyone.
You can get Manipal also if you have 80 percentile general category score.
So yes, to answer your question, there is chance is most of the state.

Hello, As per your query about marks cutoff, you must be knowing that there is All India Quota 15 % and State government quota 85%.
. Cut off by All India quota is always higher than state quota..
Further in both the quota the SEAT is further divided as per category like Open, SC , OBC , ST, etc..
It will vary for each group
The marks vary each year based on the difficulty level of the paper
The Cutoff also vary in Government, Private and Deemed University.
Going to the previous year cutoff for obc category with 400 marks, there are less chances for getting seat in mbbs.
But with this marks you will get BDS seat.
