According to the score you are expecting, you may not get any MBBS seats in the AIQ and state quota both in the open category. As you belong to the reserved categories you may have better chances to get into govt colleges through the state quota. But still the chances are less because cutoff will not be such low for MBBS. Still you have better chances to get in Deemed Universities. Try out the college predictor to know the colleges you may get according to the score you are expecting.
