Will 90% home state reservation be applicable in JADAVPUR by wbjee?

I suppose that if you aren't from west Bengal, then you don't need to worry if you have achieved a rank below 2k. But if you are from West Bengal then this reservation will benefit you alot by increasing the cutoff from 2k to 4k. This is how reservation brings more of the home state students.
