Hi there,

One should fulfill  following eligibility criteria for taking admission in part time foreign language course in DU:

Candidates must have passed certification exam of Delhi university to take admission in part time foreign language course of du.

Admission in part time foreign language course in du will be done on merit basis.

Candidates will be required to take admission test who have a language certificate from an institute other than university of Delhi.

However it is very uncertain to say that admission to these course start before or after ug course.

Hope it helps you.

Good luck!
