Will all these domicile requirements as per state to state change say in 6 years later?

In order to become eligible for TN state quota, Here are some points given below, you should meet.
- You should be the Native of the state.
- The native of the state who has studied Class 6 to 12 in the schools located in Tamil Nadu is not required to submit the Nativity Certificate.
- Permanent residence certificate instead of Nativity Certificate will not be accepted.
- Candidates who are native of Tamil Nadu but have studied Class 6 to Class 12 outside the state partly or completely in one or more states, must produce any one of the following original documents of their parents to proof their date of birth in the state and relationship with the candidate.
- Documents to be furnished by parents by an aspirant
Birth certificate
SSLC certificate/ Class 10 or Class 12 certificate/ Degree/ Diploma or Professional course
Ration card/ Passport
