Dear Kartika, choice filling mostly depends on your rank and Category because then the scope changes. To now your chances in All India Counselling, log on to the website, go to home page, and go to medical counselling. Open Undergraduate and open composite list. From the information present there you will see you will get an idea of the pattern of previous years. It is also available in downloadable pdf format. This list will have Closing and Opening ranks along with Category ranks too.This will give you an idea of which colleges you have a chance at and then you can fill the choices according to your preference.
