The NATA results will be out only by July 21, 2019. In the past, the first and maybe even the second round of CET option entry is complete by this time. Colleges like RVCE open on the 1st or 2nd of August.

Having said that, you still have the option of taking admissions in the third and casual vacancy rounds.

Also, CET Architecture ranks are declared based on NATA, so maybe KEA might defer the first round of option entry for architecture to accommodate students who take it up. Please confirm this with KEA though, before deciding anything.
