Will bc candidates who scored well above their cutoffs be considered under open category??

Hello Karthik,
Unless you have applied through open category for the exam and admission rounds, a bc candidate do come under consideration in open category, even if they score more than their cutoff marks. Proper caste certificate is needed to secure admission through reserved categories.
