will best out of last year and this year marks will be calculated for private candidates? or the marks scored this year be final marks? or the best out of both will be calculated ? please reply...

Hey there!
Your question appears to be incomplete. Which examination are you referring to here? Also, which college/school is being considered here?
However, at most of the colleges, an aggregate of all the semesters is considered as the final marks.
