you will not going to face much problems upto second year as there will be enough amount of physics and maths . further the weightage will start decreasing and there are also labs in chemistry which are equally important . there is not much problem . you can easily go through the semester exams with a little hard work . check out the course structure of each semester as it will give you a good view . here is the course structure of first sem
