i have same issue in wbjee hey can you tell me you can get admission without dob certificate or 10 admit card

Hey there!

No.

During College counseling, they will ask for class 10th results and certificate.

In future, only your Class 10th marksheet and your migration certificate are of use.

So, if you lost your Class 10th admit card,it won't create any issue.
