Dear Tabbasum Fiza ,
Before apply for a foreign language course . firstly decide from which college you want to do foreign language. and you can decide this according to your schedule
There are college who have class on morning or evening .
So decide the college first and then just go to college apply for foreign language by submit your document and pay the fee.
