Hey there!

There's a good chance of 8th cut off getting released soon. Most likely around this week, as University of Delhi usually releases 9-10 cut offs each year. However, don't get your hopes up as many colleges and courses will be closed. With increase in the number of cut offs less seats for various courses are available.
