Hey there!

The chances of University of Delhi releasing 8th cut off 2019 are pretty high, it released 10 cut offs last year and the year before that too. So, it probably will this year too but don't get your hopes up so many course and colleges of your preference won't be available many of them get closed pretty soon. It could release 8th cut off around 3 week of August.
