In any paper with medium other than English, the paper will have questions written in both English and the other medium that you would have selected i.e. Tamil.

When you choose any language other than English as your language mode, you will receive the paper in that particular language and English simultaneously.
In your case, if you choose Tamil then you will receive the question paper in Tamil and English.
