Will gate qualified obc candidate having marking less than gen qualifying mark,get stipend if admitted in open category

Hello Koushik, being a candidate belonging to reserved category open many gates and now according to your question no you are not eligible for stipend in open category. In open category on students which get admission through open category get stipend. Similarly, you will be eligible the candidate you are talking about will be eligible for stipend only in obc category.
