The comparison between the two given colleges are -

1- Vivekanand Education Society Institute Of Technology [VESIT], Mumbai :

The college is good in terms of placements and studies although it holds poor strictness in terms of attendence. The fees is quite average in comparison to the other colleges which is 1lakh and 15k for general category, 70k for obc category and 12k for sc, st and obc. The placements are extremely high and there are ample of opportunities for students to get placement in dream companies. Internships are provided to the students who work even towards bettering the college in terms of online registration or automatic time table generator, etc. The faculty is good although not as strict. The teachers are good and friendly in terms of solving student queries.

2- KJ Somaiya Institute Of Management Studies And Research - [SIMSR], Mumbai :

The college fee is quite feasible. The investment in this college is considered to be quite good. In a fee of 14 Lakh, hostel, mess, tuition fee, everything is covered. The placements by this college are quite good.  Average Placements is above 9.2 lakhs per annum. Internships are also provided through companies visiting the premises and offering the internships to the students. Stipends can start from 15000 and above. The campus is huge and has great facilities and good infrastructure. The faculty is extremely thorough in their subjects and quite friendly with the students. They will assist them in their issues and projects. The faculty also organised super specialised programs to provide and insight into the workings of any industry for the students to be able to keep up with them.

You can compare the two colleges and choose the one whose facilities suit you the best.
