will haryana public service commission, conduct haryana civil services exam again by end of year 2019? any information regarding this?

No notification till date about HPSC Civil service exam again by the end of this year 2019. But you should continue your study as they may put notification two months before the prelims exam. So we should be well prepared and not be in a hurry in the last moment of time.
