Yes, HPCL recruits through GATE 2019.
I am listing down the procedure of what happens after you are shortlisted:
- GD in group of 8–10 students. There will be 2–3 case studies in GD , Total time 30–35 minutes for GD.
- Personal interview in which they ask both HR and technical questions
- After shortlisting from interview they conduct medical test. It is not sure that you are selected.
- After that you will receive mail.that is your final selection which is depands on number of vacancies.
