Bachelor degree in engineering is the qualification specified for M.tech program. Master's degree holders in technical subjects can also apply. But you have done your master's in Management. M.tech degree is not possible with a BCA background. You could have done MCA, then only you will be eligible for M.tech.

But There's an option that you can do M.Tech after BCA only through WIPRO through their WILP program. For that you need 60% average in all subjects in class 10 and 12. You'll need to clear wipro's campus recruitment in which they offer WILP i.e. a 4 year M.Tech course.
