You haven't mentioned any category name, always try to mention your category whenever you write such questions, although here I'll assume you belong to Gen category.

Jupiter Ayurveda Medical College and Tarini Ayurved Hospital, Shankarpur Nagpur is a self-financing institution affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.

It's cut off marks for Gen category students in Maharashtra state quota counseling was AIR 154361 and 431 in NEET 2021 while in neet 2020 it's cut off marks was 405 marks for Gen category.

By comparing your marks you fall behind by a large margin and it's very hard to say that you will get this college at your expected marks.
