Will i be able to get into AIIMS Delhi if i am a class 12 repeater and satisfy the 60% eligibility criteria next year? please do answer my question....??

Yes you can definitely get into AIIMS if you fulfill all the criteria and get an appropriate score in NEET entrance exam. There no such rule that repeaters can not apply for AIIMS. Also there no such rule for negative marking for repeaters, its the same for all, if you have given a correct answer you get +4 and -1 for each wrong answer. If you have enough score and you fulfill the eligibility criteria you can definitely get admission there.
