Hello,

No you cannot register directly in the third round of counselling as the ICAR AIEEA counselling registration began on November 7 and the ICAR AIEEA 2020 counselling registration ended on November 12. So today is the last day to register for the counselling if you do not register today then you will not able to attend the counselling. You have time till 11:59 pm tonight. So if you want to attend the counselling then tonight is your last chance.

No you cannot apply directly for the third round
Since the result has been declared by nta on Nov 2 so you cannot do it freshly.
