will i be able to take tamilnadu state quota seat for bhms after taking all india quota seat in a different state?

You can apply for both the counsellings (AIQ as well as your respective state). However you will have to pay the registration fees separately for both the counsellings which is mostly higher for AIQ registration.
Even if you are allotted a seat through either one of the counsellings, it is totally up to you to decide which college you want to attend.
