Yes you are eligible based on previous year cutoff .
I think 180- 200 is a seat getting rank in any NIT whatever may be the exam difficulty.So it is a safe mark to secure admission as well writing advanced .
See every year cutoffs would be changing so for previous year cutoffs you can check in  careers 360 website or app.
