Will I be eligible to give UGC net exam after completing one year M.A from a university in UK?

UGC considers degrees from universities recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).  For confirmation, it is best to  directly contact the UGC or check their website for a list of recognized universities.

The standard UGC NET eligibility criteria require a Master's degree completed within two years of the exam date.

Certainly, eligibility to apply for the UGC NET exam requires candidates to have passed their master's degree exams with a minimum of 55 per cent (50 per cent for SC/ST/OBC/PwD) within two years from the date of the UGC NET result declaration.
