will i be eligible to study in canadian universities if i pass with applied maths in +2?

It depends on what course you wish to take admission in. In general, you will not face any problem if you are going to study any applied subject such as Management, Arts etc. But if you are wishing to go for the Pure science or Engineering, then there can be some issue regarding the eligibility. Although the eligibility depends on the university/college you are taking admission in canada.

In general, you will not face any problem for most of the institutes but there can be some institutes who may not offer some course. Now to be confirmed, you need to visit the website of the university of your choice and get check the eligibility.
