Hi, no you won't face any deduction while applying for B.A Psychology in Ambedkar University, Delhi. The college releases cut off marks a particular course for students belonging to NCT region and students outside NCT region and all categories. So you can apply for psychology hons and get admission if you pass the cut off score.
If you apply to Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar college, DU, then you might face some deduction for stream change.
