Will I face any problems for doing a B.A. graduation course while preparing for NEET because I don't want to waste a year if I am unable to crack NEET..?

It depends on where you want to study your Graduation from. You need to remember that both BA and MBBS are 2 different courses with different eligibility and admission criteria. For BA, few Institutions conduct admissions based on merit while few Institutions conduct admissions based on entrance examination. So if you are planning on joining an Institution that requires entrance examination, you will have to prepare for that as well. But if you can manage your time well between your BA and NEET preparation, it is quite easy to crack NEET. If you follow the NCERT books religiously, you can certainly score good in NEET because approximately 97-08% questions come from NCERT books alone. And also not to leave behind your Graduation, you should atleast considering revising the portion that was taught in the College. If you want to appear for NEET 2021, you can prepare with the help of our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/
It's a good decision to keep an optional thing at side. If you are taking admission then do not Focus much on graduation, because if the subjects get backlogged you can crack them in next year. But if you loose neet examination you won't have supply you need to wait for an year.
So, if you don't want to take a drop, focus more on neet preparation and less on graduation syllabus.
