But as far as I understood you are asking about documents required for filling neet application form.
You need to upload following documents for filling neet application form :-
- Your passport size photograph:- Its background should be white , it should be preferably with name and date of taking the photograph, with no cap or goggles, 80% face coverage should be there in the photo, ears clearly visible.
- Postcard size picture:- It must be taken on or after 1st September 2019, preferably with name and date of taking the photograph , you should not be wearing cap or goggles in the photograph.
- Signature:- it should be with back pen on white Background in running hand writing .
- Left-hand thumb impression:- it should be with blue ink on white paper
- Class 10 passing certificate :- You should scan your Class X Passing Certificate for uploading .
