Will i get a government medical collage seat with a marks of 203 in neet 2019 and i belong to unreserved pwd .

Dear Bhavya, 203 marks is quite a less score even for PWD General Category. You will be considered under General Category but wih PWD reservation horizontally. But different States have different cut offs and cut offs chamge every year. Inspitr of that, 203 is unfortunately a very less score.
