Taking into consideration that the rank you have provided is open category , you cannot get a seat in CBIT through your jee rank , since the open category rank should be around 35k to get admitted in CBIT in any branch . But you can also get admitted in CBIT for B.Tech through your EAMCET rank. I hope you make it that way.
