Congratulations on your rank. Kindly mention your category as well to know accurate answers. IPU has less than 100 seats for English Honours as only two colleges- IPS and Fairfield offer this course. If you are from Delhi, you might still have a chance since there is 85% reservation for Delhi students. However, I cannot assure you since it depends on whether students who have performed better than take up admission in IPU or not. If seats are left vacant, you might have a chance by the third or fourth round of counselling atleast for FIMT.
