According to previous years cutoffs and trends, we can predict that with 50000 OBC rank in JEE mains, you can get a seat in Chandigarh University for CSE or Electronics or any branch. But you also need to ensure that you fulfill their eligibility criteria:

10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: Chemistry / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology with at least 50% marks (45% in SC/ST)
