I am sorry to inform you that if  you have 70% in your best four subjects , then it is very difficult to get admission to Delhi University. They require at least 80% marks for their lower colleges also . It is very rare that you get admission in any of the colleges affiliated by Delhi University.

Still you can fill thw form , may be you  get a chance in their last cut off list , but it is very situational , chances are low but may be the list comes in your favour.

DELHI university admission procedure is based on marit cutoff of 12th percentage. The competition is way to tough because students from all over India apply for admission.

According to the last year cutoff the minimum percentage varies for coures and for colleges as well,  you can apply for du and wait for the cutoff list hopefully you'll get a chance.

See honestly considering you are from general category so the chances are less as the percentage is not that sufficient. But you can give Delhi university entrance examination to get a good college as well.

So don't lose hope and work hard.
